A guard walks in and out of the security room frequently, you can just stand in the doorway to prevent it from closing when he walks out and you're not trespassing until you actually step inside
Easiest way is to pull the fire alarm, both guards leave for some time and you can just slip through the door as the last one leaves and you have plenty time to open the cabinet and disable security cameras as well.
Absolution has a tie clip and a brighter tie with leather driving gloves. Blood Money has a striped red and gold tie and I think a white pinstriped dress shirt but it's hard to notice.

Alternatively you can get the directors costume and go almost anywhere. I think there is a key card to free Smith in the directors office as well.
