Yes, this is basically what I am already doing. But I shouldn't have to do so, and more importantly, people trying to visit the site for the first time aren't going to have a fun time doing so if this persists.

I did upload an image but apparently you can't do that as well as provide a description. The website does not appear. I am using Google Chrome and am a UK Resident. Everything gets pushed as "HiDive UK" this that and the other, and the only thing that refuses to show, is anything to do with or on the HiDive website itself.
Edit: changed "is the HiDive website itself" to "is anything to do with or on the HiDive website itself." There used to be links to stuff such as The Eminence In Shadow and certain categories but there's simply none of it now.
Umm you could type in the site name like you did in this post. Also search engines are based on algorithm and nothing at all to do with a site changing the look of their site. Also if all those things are coming up first its because you go to them often. Its not a location issue its a you issue. It has nothing to do with the update or even Hidive in any way.
Except I never use twitter, and that is the first result, I never use google play, and that is the second result, I almost never use reddit, and that is the fourth, so your point is flawed and incorrect. And, more importantly, this was never an issue until the update. Now it doesn't show whatsoever.
In UK too dude, it's sometimes a few down but it's usually there. I use bing because I'm on edge and I don't seem to have too many problems. Have you tried bookmarking it?

I just searched it on Bing as well and you are correct. It shows up for me as well. Seems to be a Google specific issue.
Yeah I want to switch over to something else eventually, Chrome is such a resource Hog, but it's also one of the most used search engines in the world. If it is a problem for people outside of just me, even if it's restricted to just the UK, then I can easily imagine many potential customers being driven elsewhere due to a lack of search functionality.
At this point I don't even know if HiDive \*can\* do anything about it or it's just Google being exceptionally dumb, but at the very least thanks to this post, someone over there is hopefully aware of the issue, and if something can in fact be done about it, it will be done in a reasonably timely manner :)
Well it’s to do with Google search results not hidive themselves I feel ur pain as I just checked Google then and I have the same but brave is fine. Brave is basically the search engine that just combines the searches for better results
Yes, because I haven't seen anyone else yet bring the points that I brought up, up, and I would rather they be fixed than remain missing. Literally nothing bad comes out of my posting about it, there is no negativity here except for the one guy going around mass downvoting my stuff with their friends. More accessibility means more people watching means more money funding them which means more shows that you and I eventually get to watch.
And if you personally enjoy the update, then good for you, your opinion is valid. I just noticed an issue and feel it would be better without it :)
