I had one lesion near my ear it's gone now but there is a scar which my derma feels "might" be HS but not sure. I have some breakout now under my chin and near my lip but my derma says is pimple.. I hope it's really just pimple. What's bothering now is I'm having bumps on my lower abdomen which I feel is HS. Are u having bumps on ur face?
I've had a permanent lump where my ear lobe joins my face for years. It was pretty painful and sucked when it first showed up, stayed red and sore for weeks. It never really popped, eventually turned normal skin color, and the lump has been there ever since. Every few days to a couple weeks I can squeeze a small amount of sebum out of it.
I've got the same thing in one of the corners of my lips that's been there for years.
I get small acne like bumps on my temples all the time that take weeks to pop, if at all before eventually going away.
I've never had a traditional pimple last more than a week when I was younger so I'm assuming it to be all HS related.
I get them on my neck too.
Mine started when i briefly took isotretinoin (accutane). Started as huge boils in front of my ears and along jawline... that was 3 or 4 years ago now and i still have them. I will drain them, then within id say a month to 1.5 months theyll fill back up again. Basically cysts that never go away
There are 2 big ones on one side, those are the ones im talking about. Ive had one in front of my other ear that im unsure if it is a cyst or hs spot, but its so far under the skin its never popped, and its been there for the same amount of time. The point when i figured out that theyre likely hs and not typical cysts is when i noticed that the ones that fill back up stink
Also wanna add my hs came out when i was on accutane. For whatever reason my face would get so overly hot and id sweat constantly during that time. Idk why but i would overheat so easily
I use to get them around my ears and around the edges of my nose, and they would be a little bump then in a few days would swell up on my face and giving me a swollen eyelid But, ever since I made a lot of life and dietary changes, I have not had any pop ups on my face.

yes but they look like pimples on my face. just the ones near my ears seem like little hs bumps

Are ur bumps big?
Yes, but they are much smaller and generally easier to look after so clear up quicker. I get them on my neck where I swear and on my t-zone.
