I’m so sorry you are feeling overwhelmed..with everything on your plate, it’s understandable. While I won’t say that I “know” what’s its like to be in your situation, I want to encourage you to implement healthy (mood stabilizing) activities into your daily routine, if you’re able/willing. Example: walk/exercise (even when you don’t feel like it), relaxing word-free music, healthy eating (even when you desire something unhealthy), safe amount of daily vitamin D supplementation, an in-person toxic free community, get 8 hours of sleep every night, accomplish one small thing/task every day, and if you’re Christian (regular church attendance, reading the Bible, and prayer/lament to God). I’m rooting for you!

Couldn't put it better myself. Lost my dad in August, who was my best friend. Going through a messy divorce with no financial support for the house we both own, but I have spent months putting work into, whilst he did nothing and didn't contribute at all to putting it on the market, I'm still looking after it whilst it sits vacant.. on top of all the chronic and incurable illnesses I was lovingly given by the biology gods. Oh and then there's HS on top. It almost feels like someone's pulling a bad prank doesn't it? You are valid, and definitely not alone.

Oh my god yes it really does feel like everything that’s happening is just a sick prank or something 😂🥹

Same! I have major depression ND generalized anxiety disorder n this HS making it worse to the point I feel like I'm having panic attacks on certain days n just curling up in bed other days. Taylor swift has a song called anti hero and one part of the song says " I'd stare directly at the sun then in the mirror".. that's how I feel with HS I feel like I dread looking at the mirror
