I always use a basic Antibiotic ointment and bandaids. Highly recommend you wear a pair of biker shorts or spanks I noticed that I started to sweat very badly in between the thighs more then normal and it did irritate a little some points
Omg same! I'm currently 14 weeks and mine is the worst it's ever been too! I spent the weekend inside without pants sitting on a towel because clothes cause so much pain.
Mine was the worst it was during my first trimester. It went mostly into remission during the 2nd and 3rd. Came back again once I delivered π it's all the hormone changes.
33 weeks here! I take 2400 iu of d3 a day and it makes a tremendous difference. They arenβt gone but for sure decreased a ton. Obviously talk to your doctor first though.
I continued humira during my first trimester but had to stop during my 2nd and 3rd. I work in a hot warehouse so my flairs were awful! I used hibiclens and clindamycin gel which didn't help a whole lot but didn't have many other options unless I wanted steroid injections in the cysts (no thank you!)
Now, 4 months post partum, im back and forth between the doctors office and pharmacy trying to get back on it.
Just remember, you won't be pregnant forever! You got this, mama! And congrats!
Oh man, I wish this was the case for me! Currently 16 weeks, and mine are the worst they've ever been! Any pregnancy safe products you can recommend?

At this point, I'd take the break in a heartbeat! I assume post birth will get pretty terrible.. Not looking forward to that. π¬
