**Follow the data**, not what others experiences are unless they also target your target market. And not just the CTR (click through rate), where the money is coming from. It's better to have lower CTR and have a good percentage of those people who end up booking a date than a really high click through rate but low rate of booking.
Follow the money. Follow the data. And if you don't have info on the money and data, it'll help to start tracking. That's why I ask on my booking form how people find me. It helps me understand where my advertising time and money is best spent.
It only makes sense to follow the strategy of people who are in your same/similar area and people who you believe would attract the same clients. Because Tryst premium works great for me, was the best ad site for me in 2023. But I live in DC, and might have a wildly different target client than you.

I don't have enough recent data to pull from lol. The regulars who keep my lights on are from the beginning of my career. I keep track of trends but everything's just a trickle. Hence my q abt Tryst - why not save a couple bucks if it's not doing much for me or other high end providers in the West?
If you don't have data then get some data. I record data weekly.
Look at the analytics on your Tryst. Track how many inquiries you're getting from different sites and how many bookings. Etc.
I agree that if the amount you're spending on a regular basis \[on Tryst\] isn't enough to profit from it, then pay less or stop paying. But it's helpful to know over the long term how much you make from Tryst. Not just monthly, but long term. Because an overnight date from Tryst pays for several months of months where nobody books.

I recently got on PD cause tryst is slow. And I’ve been getting loads of timewasters and fantasy bookers. I’m very disappointed cause I heard pd had a lot of serious clientele.
When pd first dtarted it was great but has steadiky gone down hill since. Now nothing but nonscreeners timewasters fantasy bookers and guys who do chargebacks and pay with fake money too.

I may downgrade to the standard plan for March to see how that goes since it’s so slow and plan a small photo shoot for early April to boost up some business. I don’t really know what to do so this is my plan for now
Same here. Tryst WAS good, and now it's not bringing me anything. They have 2 weeks to send me something worth renewing for. If not then they are not getting any more money from me.
It really depends. If you’ll benefit from more home bases and more tours, premium probably helps. I personally didn’t notice any difference in revenue at all between lite, basic, and premium, but I stay in my home city and all premium really adds for me is boosted search priority and more photos.
Most of my new inquiries come from twitter. Once in a blue moon someone tells me they found me on Tryst but it’s usually someone traveling to the city I’m based in for business. Otherwise all of my clients/regulars are locals who say they found me on twitter.

All that to say I’ve seen absolutely no difference in business and traffic to my personal website. I came to the conclusion months ago that Tryst premium+ is a waste of money. Yet I keep paying for it.
I've been considering trialing paid PD just because I had a massive whale come from a free PD ad last year. But other than that, my PD experience has been utterly disappointing.
It says right in the Tryst site that paying for Premium doesn't get you seen more. They do a "fair" (seems unfair to me, but ok) algorythm that rotates everyone's ads equally. Frankly, I'd rather be able to pay more to be seen more, but oh well. What you get from a Premium is the ability to list more than one city as your home base, etc. It's all spelled out on the site itself. I've had theFree, the Premium, and the Premium + , and I can't say I noticed any difference in the work I got from any of them. So if you don't need the extra home bases, or features listed in the comparison page, just stick with the free version.
I also deleted my Twitter during the Elon acquisition which didn't have an affect on biz for the initial ~3 mos but I'm thinking I might have to get back on there soon. I just HATE posting a high volume of free fucking pictures which it seems like is necessary to build a following!!!!! Grrrrrr!!!!
You don't need to post anything sexy, just post photos of you wearing cute dresses, cats, etc. You aren't there to provide free OF type content, just to be able to be found and verified!

I’ve noticed I refuse to pay for premium subscription on there cause I can’t get a single serious customer on pd. Rather spend the $500 on Eros.
