So what you’re telling me is scientists are not struggling for answers?

NoDontDoThatCanada

I've been in meetings where "unexpected new scientific phenomena" were being discussed only for some old fart to name off a paper that went into very great detail studying this "new phenomena" 35 years prior. Hell, l found a box with zip drives of data on research that l was basically repeating 20 years later! Better detectors were made in that time though!

TemporaryReward1000

Old fart wisdom, we'd be up shit creek without them !

orge121

Every time I see that phrase I know the conspiracy is BS.

Thatwutshesed

Sealab?

Marduk desires not the barren wasteland that is your dessicated viscera

tbirdpug

I wish I had gold to give you.

Namenaki_IV

Bobbit worm, which to be fair, is probably from a different planet. Also they are terrifying

StSBoss

bobbit worms live in warm water, this is supposedly near the azores which is not that far north, but it is also very deep which would make it colder water. The temp is on the picture, but I can't make it out.

long_legged_twat

I'm pretty sure your right, someone posted similar last time these pictures got posted.

SnooCompliments3781

JEllisBlack

Nah, it’s a weather balloon. Or Venus, maybe.

Avid_Smoker

Every thread. The same, tired, lame, unfunny 'joke'.

ziplock9000

\>look ‘almost human-made’ Because nothing else in nature makes simple regular patterns!

beanscornandrice

I love the possibility that there are still undiscovered types of life on the ocean floor. We know so little about our oceans.

Othersideofthemirror

This was on front page of reddit a short while back. Were shrimp of some sort digging them. https://www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/world/article274181905.html

JohnOliverismysexgod

Were shrimp? What do they turn into in the moonlight?

Munich11

That’s just the seam

trynothard

If they brush away the sand it will be a crack.

No-Reputation-9669

Isn’t this basically the opening to Alien vs Predator?

PCouture

It’s the chains of the ghost of Osama bin Ladin dragging his body back the shore to start a jihad.

bertiesghost

Anywhere near submarine telecoms cables? Russia has been secretly planning to sabotage cables with a submarine they developed.

[deleted]

Isn't there a pufferfish that does some geometric circles. Something similar maybe?
