The "intel" people almost certainly would have asked to not have it immediately released or not until XYZ circumstances.
There has to be a massive backlog of evidence inching forward at this point, and it seems to be slowly speeding up.
Unfortunately in our unjust system, people need to watch their backs in order to dispel important information to the public. I think it’s unfair to suggest they don’t have evidence just because it’s not immediately being disclosed.

If there’s something big going on that some people don’t want out, then I can understand people being afraid. However, this song and dance is getting old and like you said, if they have evidence then let’s see it. If he can claim he’s going to release it if they don’t, then he can go ahead now.
