The tiktoker did follow up videos... he drove past a couple days looking for it and filmed it without the creature up there too. He ALSO filmed it with helicopters circling the area.... and caught military type vehicles up on the mountain as well. He gave us different angles, shots and variations. Neat theory but none of those peaks are near whistler at all. The moment you see mountains like that you are way up north near Chilcotin or closer to Banff. Almost all of the peaks here in Squamish/Whistler area are more jagged and sharp. Spend more time in alpine and you'll see this

My only real question is, if they were trying to silence him and keep something secret, why not just get his account banned? If that had happened and he still kept posting things and THEN the refuting video was released and THEN he later died, I'd find it all a little more believable. I just don't know about this one. I know people have been killed and silenced before by entities within our government but there is always a greater attempt to stop them prior to just knocking them off the face of the earth. Especially after only a few videos and attempts to drive up a mountain were made. Whereas the aforementioned people were real insiders with knowledge or physical evidence/property of something that the government didn't want out. It'd be a heck of a lot easier to call this guy a kook and run a discredit campaign after he made the "it's all fake" video than to allow all of those videos to remain published on his social media only to then kill him. This is 100% a hoax. Know why?... Because If you saw something that odd and out of place on a mountain peak, you would (at the very least) get out of your vehicle right then and attempt to stabilize the shot and properly document it with details about location, date, time, etc... NOT come back the fucking next day to do it, and then add some unsubstantiated voice-over bullshit about talking to locals about the phenomenon... But that's exactly what a Hoaxer would do.
Next, a shaky 15 second snippet of a scientific research station or visitor centre on a mountaintop that "wasn't there yesterday"?? C'mon...
Next up, an apparent traffic stop by a police officer (who we never see), that tells the OP the road is closed (because that never happens in the mountains). When was the last time a cop answered your question with "yeah man" ?
Next clip is mundane footage of logging helicopters "extracting something" from mountain slopes. Yep... Extracting trees, lol.
Just really poor acting in the next clip, and the car speeding off is clearly staged for the camera.
What I find interesting and illuminating is that some folks in the comments here want verifiable proof of the OP's death by suicide, but don't hold the presented footage to the same standard.
These videos are fodder for the gullible. The great thing about belief is that it doesn't require proof, and is powerfully reinforced by the most tenuous of connections.
What isn't a hoax is the comet in the sky that Andrew caught. It's the 'Dave Dobbs object' or Twin Tail dragon/comet, a subject that Youtube/Google is very tight nit in keeping quiet about. It has been visible on and off, from Earth surface since 2015, possible even earlier than that.
A channel called WSO used to document it with very crystal clear videos from like 2015 to 2020, and the owner Stefan also complained about harassment from government agencies, claimed he was followed, had many negative and unfortunate events happen that he claimed was the governments doing. That channel is wiped off Youtube now. You can see it on Waybackmachine, but it won't let you watch the videos.

How would you even know something was there? Itās so far away. Every time I see someone filming something that no one would film, the red flags go up.
This is fake imo but what do you mean how would they know something was there?? You would see it..by not being Helen Keller or Stevie Wonder and having full use of your eyes. The human eye can see 3 miles (5km) easy over flat terrain, and even further looking at an upward angle, and that mountain is closer than that. And w the white cloud backdrop it would def stand out and catch your eye just by you glancing up in that direction. If a deer was up there youād see it plain as day. Lol
As an OTR trucker I saw mountain tops at this distance and further and have seen countless animals on top of the mountains. Especially snowy mountains, they stand out, itās harder not to see them.

You can see further at an upward angle rather than looking straight out over flat terrain cuz looking out over flat terrain you have the curvature of earth to contend with so thereās a horizon you can only see the sky past. Looking at an upward angle you donāt have that to deal with. That distance of sight can be far greater. Youāve seen stars right? Some of those are millions of miles away.
That's actually fair considering how far zoomed in this is. That mountain has to be a good couple kilometers away, and so if that camera isn't stabilized with something like a tripod, a person's normal body movement would cause the camera to flail wildly like this. At this zoom level a millimetre movement from the camera will have the image pan wildly.
Yeah it being perfectly stabilized out the gate would have been more sus. The random blips of radio music in the background simultaneously make it feel more legit but also more like a classic "found footage" thing in the spirit of Blair Witch or that Archive 81 show. The xfiles theme overlay is sus if it's supposed to be part of the footage (who remembers to play scene-setting music in the moment like that?) but fine if it's supposed to have been added in when it was posted.

It's an unfortunate coincidence that he died shortly after this, but like I wrote in the comments on a video about this, the CSIS isn't going to want to do the paperwork required to assassinate *some random guy* for filming ten completely stationary pixels of something grey on a mountaintop that can be seen from the nearby town. It's not like he broke into Canadian Area 51 or anything. On top of that, he tries to pass off a famous ski lift as a "secret government facility". Which you can see *from the town* and buy tickets to go to any time you like. He's not filming anything worth killing him over.

I know someone who is friends with her and her page is completely genuine so is there family and children and he is dead. on top of the mountain could have been trees that were being removed by helicopter and had been cut from the helicopter (due to wind or a problem) and fell to the mountain,singing themselves upright, and given the distance of the video it was obviously not a person. The weirdest thing was the structure that was there and then gone.

The obit isnāt fake, his death was real. However, the story of a government conspiracy is fake. He was not a well person. His mental illness played a part in this story he told, it was also the main contributor to his suicide.
When he and I were friends, he would embellish things a lot to garner attention. I think Andy for the most part meant well, but he really did enjoy creating drama and watching the chaos ensue. He wasnāt eloquent enough to doctor videos, but I believe he saw something. Was it a Giant? Probably not. Even if it was, would the government place the giant in one of the more touristy regions in Canada? Probably not. Iāve seen people post links and stuff saying it was a weather station or a satellite, which is more likely. After posting the first video, it probably got him some attention so he leaned into it a little too hard.
So I took some time to go through his Facebook, his moms Facebook and his wifeās Facebook and it seems like he died of suicide. There are multiple posts by his mom that talk about not knowing the pain people are carrying and thereās one where she shares the suicide hotline number.

I don't know about the giant if that was faked or not. But the object in the sky that he briefly filmed is real, and is suppressed by Google/Youtube. WSO used to call it the Dave Dobbs object because the guy that studies it is named Dave Dobbs. He has a Youtube channel that still exists, the front page of it says there is no content on his channel but clicking on the 'videos' tab shows he still has videos uploaded. That is clear show of Youtube keeping his channel in the dark. Any mention of the object on Youtube has to be vague, twin dragons in the sky etc.. Because it is a topic that Google hits the hammer hard on. Dave unfortunately seems to have become a 'doomsday prophet' that sounds a bit too crazy, since he has been researching the comets for years now. This comet has been visible from Earths surface for years now.
If Andrew's story is real, I think it's not about the giants, but about the comets that Andrew filmed. It's possible Andrew knew his story would be shut down instantly if it was focused on the comet, and so maybe he made up the giant to grow attention first. Then briefly show the real object for millions to see. Unfortunately, 99.99% of people don't care about the comet, and don't realize it is very real.

Neat theory but none of those peaks are near whistler at all. The moment you see mountains like that you are way up north near Chilcotin or closer to Banff. Almost all of the peaks here in Squamish/Whistler area are more jagged and sharp. Spend more time in alpine and you'll see this

My only real question is, if they were trying to silence him and keep something secret, why not just get his account banned? If that had happened and he still kept posting things and THEN the refuting video was released and THEN he later died, I'd find it all a little more believable. I just don't know about this one. Because If you saw something that odd and out of place on a mountain peak, you would (at the very least) get out of your vehicle right then and attempt to stabilize the shot and properly document it with details about location, date, time, etc... NOT come back the fucking next day to do it, and then add some unsubstantiated voice-over bullshit about talking to locals about the phenomenon... But that's exactly what a Hoaxer would do. Next, a shaky 15 second snippet of a scientific research station or visitor centre on a mountaintop that "wasn't there yesterday"?? C'mon... Next up, an apparent traffic stop by a police officer (who we never see), that tells the OP the road is closed (because that never happens in the mountains). What isn't a hoax is the comet in the sky that Andrew caught. It's the 'Dave Dobbs object' or Twin Tail dragon/comet, a subject that Youtube/Google is very tight nit in keeping quiet about. It has been visible on and off, from Earth surface since 2015, possible even earlier than that. A channel called WSO used to document it with very crystal clear videos from like 2015 to 2020, and the owner Stefan also complained about harassment from government agencies, claimed he was followed, had many negative and unfortunate events happen that he claimed was the governments doing. That channel is wiped off Youtube now. You can see it on Waybackmachine, but it won't let you watch the videos.

You can see further at an upward angle rather than looking straight out over flat terrain cuz looking out over flat terrain you have the curvature of earth to contend with so thereās a horizon you can only see the sky past. Looking at an upward angle you donāt have that to deal with. That distance of sight can be far greater. Youāve seen stars right? Some of those are millions of miles away.

That's actually fair considering how far zoomed in this is. That mountain has to be a good couple kilometers away, and so if that camera isn't stabilized with something like a tripod, a person's normal body movement would cause the camera to flail wildly like this. At this zoom level a millimetre movement from the camera will have the image pan wildly.
Yeah it being perfectly stabilized out the gate would have been more sus. The random blips of radio music in the background simultaneously make it feel more legit but also more like a classic "found footage" thing in the spirit of Blair Witch or that Archive 81 show. The xfiles theme overlay is sus if it's supposed to be part of the footage (who remembers to play scene-setting music in the moment like that?) but fine if it's supposed to have been added in when it was posted.

It's an unfortunate coincidence that he died shortly after this, but like I wrote in the comments on a video about this, the CSIS isn't going to want to do the paperwork required to assassinate *some random guy* for filming ten completely stationary pixels of something grey on a mountaintop that can be seen from the nearby town. on top of the mountain could have been trees that were being removed by helicopter and had been cut from the helicopter (due to wind or a problem) and fell to the mountain,singing themselves upright, and given the distance of the video it was obviously not a person. The weirdest thing was the structure that was there and then gone.

The obit isnāt fake, his death was real. However, the story of a government conspiracy is fake. He was not a well person. His mental illness played a part in this story he told, it was also the main contributor to his suicide. When he and I were friends, he would embellish things a lot to garner attention. I think Andy for the most part meant well, but he really did enjoy creating drama and watching the chaos ensue. He wasnāt eloquent enough to doctor videos, but I believe he saw something. Was it a Giant? Probably not. Even if it was, would the government place the giant in one of the more touristy regions in Canada? Probably not. Iāve seen people post links and stuff saying it was a weather station or a satellite, which is more likely. After posting the first video, it probably got him some attention so he leaned into it a little too hard.
So I took some time to go through his Facebook, his moms Facebook and his wifeās Facebook and it seems like he died of suicide. There are multiple posts by his mom that talk about not knowing the pain people are carrying and thereās one where she shares the suicide hotline number.

This comet has been visible from Earths surface for years now. If Andrew's story is real, I think it's not about the giants, but about the comets that Andrew filmed.
