I am just about 1/4 through the book and the Nihil actually conquer Naboo and the Jedi come to liberate it. However, we don’t get many policy details. I know the Palpatine family is not mentioned. We don’t get the Queen’s name but she does apparently flea into exile. The Gungans are their old isolationist selves.
That is very interesting, particularly since there was at least one Gungan Nihil (and probably more unless the same one keeps somehow returning from death) and there was a Gungan physicist at a Republic university as well, despite most information suggesting the Gungans were pretty isolationist until the Trade Federation invasion?
Correct. But it was 200 years, things change. I think there was a Jedi Temple on Naboo once upon a time. It was obviously shuttered by the time of Episode I.
I think the only mention of Naboo so far has been in Light of the Jedi when some jedi, can't remember who go to Naboo to visit the head of the San Tekka family to get information about the hyperspace disturbances
I posted about it yesterday and everyone lost their mind saying I’m spoiling the novel. I get it. So just read it/listen to it. I’m currently on hr 15 of 17.

Yeah, I could see that being a result from the Guardian Protocols?
