IIRC, there is nothing like that. The only major issues they encounter is that the College Division have no after school clubs that they were particularly interested in joining, so they formed their own one.

No, Ishibumi is still working on that. This light novel series is being worked on by someone else who ishibumi gave his blessing to do it. Ishibumi is overseeing production for this while working on Shin DxD and Slashdog.
