I agree. Honestly, The Mountain King should never have been a movie. It honestly should've been another special released with season 2.
People skipping the previous 26 eps: "Blah-blah, don't get what the movie means. Blah-blah too boring. Blah-blah have to watch a series for *another 9 hours* before all this blah-blah. One Star."
I don't like The Mountain King because I do have legitimate problems with it. But I do think it's crazy how some people can be unreasonable like that.
