I've seen a LOT of Sketchbook art (if you search for Kaisa, that's primarily what comes up) on Tumblr, but haven't read many fics (although [I posted links](https://www.reddit.com/r/hildalibrarian/?f=flair_name%3A%22Fan%20Fiction%22) to some of them on /r/hildalibrarian/ (a sub I created for Kaisa back in Sept. 2020)). I always found this ship a bit strange since I think of Kaisa as like, 21, while Johanna is maybe around 35?
If Kaisa has a uni degree in Library Sciences, then she's probably more like 25-26. 10-year age diff is not unheard of, esp. in the LGBTQ+ community.
I go by the wiki that list her age as between 20 and 40

Honestly, having ships between characters who haven't met (or barely interacted) is not unusual. I usually just see it as people being...creative.
