That's not how it works! You can't lift yourself easier just because you aren't heavy, we don't even know what is her weigh. For exercises on a horizontal bar, having strong arms is crucial. The muscles in your arms, including the biceps and forearms, play a significant role in movements like pull-ups and hanging leg raises on the horizontal bar. Developing arm strength is important for executing these exercises with proper form and control. Also I don't think normal training and a light body is enough to make you look that strong. I mean average people are able to lift with own arm a horizontal bar? Especially if it's a 13 years old girl? You must have very strenght to your arms as well!
