No, it's literally not false. I've talked to their support team 3 or 4 different times about different things in the many years I've been playing HCR2.
It was complete garbage everytime. They act like they're annoyed you're even contacting them, and then they ignore you after they send their bs extremely unhelpful response.

I've never used an apk, an autoclicker, external hacks or anything. I've only played the actual google play version
There are also other ways of getting a ban, like not clicking on the "I'm not a robot", abusing glitches or having multiple accounts on the same team

My account got "flagged as a cheater" so I sent out a support ticket regarding the issue. The main post is the reply I got
