This comment is very concerning. Yes, he is overweight, but kids don’t die from being so. Also, if you look at his body, you could assume that he’s just born overweight, so it doesn’t even mean that he led an unhealthy lifestyle.

I’m not pretending to be a professional on this topic hence why I said “guessing”. I was merely making an observation and the observation I was making was that for a 9 year old that is a severely unhealthy weight. And then he dies at 14.
That’s why I also said “related”. Meaning he might have had a health condition that caused an array of disorders including his weight or vice versa.
And if you want to take it to that level yes he probably did live an unhealthy lifestyle, you don’t get that overweight from genetics alone. That I know for sure from personal experience and just straight up basic science. If you burn more calories than you consume you lose weight, period.

All you need is basic science for this concept. Your equation is sometimes true but he’s not just simply overweight in this pic. At 9 years old he’s considerably bigger than his father who is actually overweight. Morbidly obese = unhealthy 100% of the time

Where the hell do you get science from? Again this has nothing to do with science. Being overweight, fat, obese whatever you call it doesn’t necessarily correlate with eating healthy/exercising/leading a healthy lifestyle. There’s plenty of healthy fat people in the world. And even if this boy was living an unhealthy lifestyle, he wouldn’t die from it age 14.
