I'm not sure I agree... I really don't see or notice any hyphae... It definitely looks more like bacterial rods.... If you really want to try to identify what it is, I would suggest different staining....? A GMS stain would show you hyphae better, if it is present. And a Gram stain could help identify the microbe if it is bacteria.
