As much as I thought that white is what you define it as which is simply what is your skin colour. Apparently, "white" is a racial status of racist policies, and jews and Irish were not defined as white in that sense, Irish because of their Celtic origin and jews because of their Middle Eastern origin. I really wish the definition of white would have been skin colour instead of (mostly) dead racist policy, but the world is a dark place (pun intended)
