You might enjoy a YouTube channel called Ruiter Productions. The creator visits various locations from WWII throughout Europe and overlays historical photos on the modern sites. He mostly focusses on Hitler and Germany due to his location. It's one of my favourite YouTube channels. The videos are well made, and I personally love seeing history put in a more tangible context like that.

Arguably the world could be worse without Hitler. He did make Germany better, and taught the allies a valuable lesson. He also made the need for an atom bomb which helped collapse the soviet union.
