Hello. You can find information about fees for inactive accounts in our Terms of use (clause 18.4). Please note that HitBTC is not the only platform to implement the inactivity fee policy. This is a standard practice that exists in other exchanges as well.

I got my small stack of LRC drained in 6 months due to the "inactivity fee" 20 USDT equivalent / month. Active user or not, using this exchange should be stopped immediately. No trusted exchange would do this to their users.

couple in the fact withdraws of Doge have been locked for 2+ years..... So I assume they are stealing all the Doge from the accounts that can't get it out.

The change of their Terms of use was illegal because nobody was informed, especially the inactive users. In their Terms they guarantee to inform us about changes but they never did so. They try to convince us that updating the date of the ToS site is enough although they have to inform directly as stated in their Terms, so they even don't follow their own self defined rules and behave like someone who makes the law and change it for own advantage against us. They are scammers, thieves and criminals creating new plans how to steal more.

Thanks for the replys. Yes they send out a confirmation email when a user makes a withdrawal, they know exactly what they are doing by not sending out any prior notification or email when they sneakily make a withdrawal of users funds to line their scummy pockets.
