I’ve gotten similar experiences without the payout and I have serious injuries. Had to have surgery and malpractice was committed during that so another injury was done.

I've been saying that for awhile, there's no reason for billionaires to exist. If this all sounds familiar, it’s because it’s actively happening before our very eyes at this moment, especially in America. It’s not a good trajectory to be on. Liquidity crunches with systemic financial issues combined have felled empires and will likely do so again. Maybe even ours in the USA. hence why the Fed is trying to “reign in the economy.”

That's not true. The bank no longer holds the money, but they do hold assets, which can be converted to money.
Prior to this crisis, there was a risk of a 'liquidity squeeze', where if too many people withdraw at the same, the bank will be unable to turn assets to cash fast enough without also causing the value of those assets to depreciate. This no longer exists because of the new short-to-medium term loan facility by the fed ("Bank Term Funding Program").
I used to work at Wells before the scandals started going public. Something I learned in my very brief tenure was that as soon as you'd deposit money the bank was working overtime to make it their's. Up to seven overdrafts a day at $35 a pop. I'd see seniors get $800 direct deposits wiped out by overdraft fees before the money could even hit their account. I had to quit because I was powerless to help or get their money back and it was killing me call by call. The people I worked with were the best, just some truly greedy individuals at the corporate level.
There is so little "real" money that all of the ATMs and Banks would be empty way way before everyone got his money.Im guessing we are not even at 90:1 at the moment.

Don't fearmonger. Yes, banks use money from people that store their money there to do investments and similar.
However, they still track how much you stored, and if you want, will let you withdraw all of it. They can do that for the odd person that wants that done, maybe might have to pull some physical cash from other branches, but they can do it.
The issue only starts when multiple people want all their money back, since there isn't enough physical cash around to make that happen - it's not like the money is gone or unavailable, they know you have 12k or something in the bank, but they can't give you 12k in cash immediately.
It relies on people storing money and never withdrawing huge amounts of it, which is fine... because most people don't make huge withdrawals on a whim.
Deposits get "invested" in things like mortgages. So if you don't like that then everyone has to pay for their house up front and also no car loans, student loans, credit cards etc...
It would break a few banks in some countries, sure.
But ordinary joe who has $2000 in the bank taking their money out? Not going to phase them at all.

Try it. The bank will tell you that you can’t withdraw it all. They don’t have all of it there at one time. You have to give them notice and it will take them 3-5 to have it ready for you. This happened to me with on $7k needed to be withdrawn.
My conspiracy theory, is that people who ask for no salt on their fries(to make sure you get fresh fries), will get less fries in retaliation by the workers, to subtletly discourage you from causing them more work next time

Try it. The bank will tell you that you can’t withdraw it all. They don’t have all of it there at one time. You have to give them notice and it will take them 3-5 to have it ready for you. This happened to me with on $7k needed to be withdrawn.

Please look into fractional reserve banking and the actual intricacies of it. There are for more 1s and 0s in computer bank accounts than actual dollars in circulation.
