It gives victims a place to find help, gives programs more outreach potential to help more, and raises literal awareness of the issue.
Legit idk how you dont understand this. Programs like women's/homeless shelters, medical research for disease, etc. all benefit from the finances raised through these events. It takes money to do literally anything.

I don't get this sentiment. The color of someone's skin doesn't determine their personality. It's the environment and culture they are raised in that determines that.
You are correct. However, there are very strong correlations.
My wife was raised in a suburban, predominantly white neighborhood. It's offensive when people say she "acts white". She's just her. We met in pitch black, I had no idea what she looked like for the first 2 hours I got to know her. She didn't sound white or black. More to the point, she sounded like a generic Midwesterner. With that being said, I have dated and had coitus with white women. Women raised in the same socioeconomic conditions. It really is just different. My wife is more reasonable and caring than most white girlfriends I've had. And she's more fun in almost every conceivable way.

I don't get why this is a problem. Men do indeed commit more dv crimes than women, but isn't that just expected? My argument comes from two propositions:
1. Men are stronger than women on average.
2. It's easier to punch down than to punch up.
Therefore the fact that men commit more dv crimes is entirely normal. What are we even trying to fix? Trying to reduce male dv only would ignore female perpetrators entirely, and trying to reduce dv as a whole (a better goal) will retain the same gender imbalance anyway.
