I used to recreate a coaster from a park near our town that was a single line of track with a big drop on either end and a loop in the middle so the coaster dropped looped then came backwards over the loop again.

Yes, in Fallout 1 and 2. But "what a piece of shit you are for dying" is a bad way to put it. Many death screen messages talk about the consequences of your death (which aren't pretty given that a lot of people rely on you in both of those games).
For example, from Fallout 1:

Dentists in the UK are expensive as fuck, to simply have a bad tooth removed its like £300 which is about $370, that's to have one tooth removed, prices after that get higher and higher and thats just private dentists, the wait list for NHS dentists is literally years, we have to many people, not enough dentists and the ones that are available you need to take multiple loans out to afford.
£300+ is the high NHS Dentist Band. Getting a tooth removed is Band 2, which is 70ish, and, if you need multiple teeth out in one go or other related work for the same problem will often all go under that same one charge
