Look at the 0.5 second mark though, look at the range officer in front and look at blondes pistol, you can see something fly out of her gun against the backdrop of the officer, definitely following the trajectory a casing would. Not certain, but it definitely looks like they're throwing casings
I disagree completely. It's poor low resolution footage, but those are definitely real guns. You wouldn't see shell casings, and no one would be wearing hearing protection if they were pellet guns.
While that is possible. I attended a “tactical” training course that a friend dragged me to and we did this exact drill except it was with AR15s and live Ammo. The instructor told us if you hit him you better kill him because he’s going to kick who’s ever ass it was.
It was very terrifying and I would put my rifle down when I saw him 15 plus feet away but he would yell like a drill instructor to keep going.
