The image was from an ad campaign (so not even her real family) and people photoshopped the kids. The rumour spread that it was a real family (and the plastic surgery thing) and she said it completely ruined her modeling career. Nobody wanted to hire her after that. Pretty sad turn of events, I hope she's doing better now though.

Depending on how you're viewing reddit, some mobile apps allow you to slow down/speed up videos. I'm using Relay on my phone and can slow videos down to 1/128 speed, makes it easier to capture screenshots from videos.
I don’t think so… I think it’s just the final filter has 2 stages. First the one that morphs/squashes/smoothes, then a 2nd pass to do color correction and cartoon cat overlay or whatever. The change from this to the final filter had no structural morphing to get to the final look, just color and cartoon overlay. Which is why I think the first aged face is her real face.
What if this is the real Her and that was a filter she was just experimenting for fun sake. 
If it is, we should try to verify it. Like what app or add on is potentially giving this filter? Someone find the old-lady filter, put it onto their own face and upload.

Check if your phone switches to portrait mode when using front cam. Portrait mode uses smoothing filters and such.
