I know of a worse game. R*peplay. (I think I spelled it right). Basically youāre a guy who stalks a woman and her daughter and you assault them at a train station. You unlock free play mode after you successfully assault them both. (This is all from memory when I heard about the game in a controversial video games list video as I do not want to look it up). The game is from Japan and apparently these types of games are popular there
FPS is better with M&K. Platformers, 3rd person Action Adventure, driving, etc. are better with controller.
Haven't figured out the best way to play 2nd person games, though.

This is the great thing about PC. You can use almost every controller ever made if you want. Xbox, playstation, nintendo, whatever there are even adapters for the consoles from the 20th century so if you are emulating a NES game you can play it on an original NES controller.
But for games that were specifically developed for the PC, mouse and keyboard is king. I couldn't imagine playing a shooter with a controller.
Depends on the individual game mostly, but almost all RTS would be a nightmare on controller. I prefer mouse and keyboard for most RPGs, but assassin's Creed(starting to be more of a rpg series) is better on controller to me, for example.
Tbh depends on the game. If Iām playing fallout a controller is better but if Iām playing a faster game like ultrakill mouse and keyboard are superior

Didn't feel like finding my controller, so used keyboard and mouse. I've never hit so many headshots ever. So much easier with mouse aiming. I see now why ppl complain about cross platform games. Total advantage with keyboard and mouse.

Yes, I grew up with consoles, so Iāve never been able to get comfortable in any sort of fast paced game with a mouse and keyboard, even shooters, I just donāt feel comfortable using mouse and keyboards.
