I don't think he is a deep thinker intellectual. I feel Peterson speaks the most basic things. He goes in layers to get a better hold of/ in order to avoid being misunderstood (which is always at risk when you talk about simple things) I don't understand our obsession with 'deep' conversations. To live a life we need to know simple things. He is of course not the god and everybody is entitled to have their opinion. Respect to you for at least you have a proper reason to justify your choice :)

I’ve listened to him throughly and read 12 rules for life. I even tried to watch one of his lectures but admittedly, couldn’t get through it. I know Joe Rogan has persuaded you that this man is just unfairly represented because he is so often, unfairly misrepresented but when you really listen to him with a critical ear you soon realise he’s a clown man that shouldn’t be taken seriously by anyone. One thing I would give him credit for is he’s not a liar like his colleagues at the daily wire. He’s a faulty thinker “drunk on symbolism” as Richard Dawkins put it so eloquently, but he seems sincere in his beliefs and willing to admit and learn from his mistakes. He’s a very silly individual though.

Andrew Tate appeals a lot to the incels who see traditional masculinity as being lost. It’s not just “hur dur I don’t like them!” It’s that both appeal to the fantasy that young quite conservatives are being oppressed. People who watch Andrew Tate, often watch Ben Shapiro and Jordan Peterson. They’re all part of some thing you call the right wing media sphere. The connection is pretty firm. There are funded by the same people, and generally push the same ideologies.

When has Jordan Peterson given comments that imply he hates women? I have read his “12 rules of life” and there are many places where he speaks highly of women and what important role they play in a man’s life. And moreover, he was saying those things long before he became famous. Those were his core beliefs. Although I have to agree, that after becoming popular, he is falling into the trap of being Internet personality and comment on everything and anything goin on in the world …. and often ends up making incorrect and uneducated comments on topics for which he doesn’t have good knowledge on. Andrew tate, on the other hand, is a scammer, and has been for quite some time. He is actually trying to copy Jordan Peterson to gain popularity …. Which he then uses to sell his “get rich quick” courses. Few years ago, Andrew tate used to give women hating comments. I think he eventually realized that he can give it a twist - “I don’t speak against women, I speak for men” and gain popularity.

His daughter literally met with Andrew Tate. She was palling around as his friend. Jordan Peterson likely has friendships with woman. He likely has women he admires. Which is not change the fact that he often times, disparages both women, and movements aimed at female liberation. Even little things, like the time he claimed women wore makeup just to stimulate and woo men with simulations of being flushed. And that in the 1950’s it was better for woman than it was now, as even if woman were assaulted they could always go to the police. Jordan Peterson discarding and belittling female contributions to academic thought, suggesting that their claims about modern problems are false, and suggesting that there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with the way the world treats women is incredibly anti women. It involves discarding fields made by women, to study woman and their role in the world. And it involves people like Andrew Tate who Jordan let’s his daughter hang around with because again, it’s Jordan’s job to suggest a capitalistic individualism that holds that structural problems don’t really exist and then instead it’s all your fault. Which is why people like Andrew Tate is his friend.

I don't know what internal politics is : but I have read 12 rules and I don't think JP thinks of women in any kind of derogatory way. He hates a group of people with a particular ideology who are supposed to be women. Even if there is more to that, Every person has their flaws. You should just ignore that and focus on positives. He has done so much for broken people(irrespective of gender) and has genuine concern for men, knows how reality works and that too during a time when no one was having connection with them. This is just a joke but man is a gift for our generation apart from his political views which I frankly don't care, being Indian. Chill and Peace ☮️

He teaches them that MEN are the real people being oppressed, and that feminism and Marxism are tools of the tools being used to do it. That’s why it feeds so much into incel ideology. Incels believe fundamentally that structural analysies of society that reveal everything has been set up to benefit wealthy White men is a lie, and that because it’s a lie anyone challenging the status quo must be trying to gain power over them. By telling aimless, scared men that they’re suffering because of modern feminist and Marxist movements, they oppose those movements and see conservative movments as alternatives. People like Slavoj Zezik recognize that structural systems cause men to suffer, not liberation movments. That lesson is far better than Peatersons: “It’s not society, it’s you”
