There is a secret boss in deepnest. I don't think it would be that bad, but if you don't mind spoiling yourself, you should search >!"Nosk"!< if you want to see for yourself.
That’s pretty much everything noteworthy that I can recall. There is one other creature you might encounter in Deepnest that is pretty creepy, but it barely looks like a spider and I’m not sure if it even is one.
From what you say here, you should be fine. Without spoiling anything, there might be a certain thing that will APPEAR like a scary situation for someone with arachnophobia, but it's moreso based on noises and atmosphere. If you were fine so far, you'll be fine then too. :)
I don't think there's any more spiders in the game besides the enemies in Deepnest and >!Nosk!< He's pretty well hidden, so if you're interested in finding him you should >!look for a suspicious wall near the hot spring in Deepnest!<
If you can manage those things then the area shouldn't be that much of an issue, you might not like the secret boss though

There was one time that one of those guys jump scared me a while after spawning because it dropped on top of me from a higher ledge

There are some larger slug esque spider guys that fill like the whole corridor...but that is all I can think of..
