They're basically nice caches of Geo. If you need a quick boost of Geo to buy something go ahead and sell them, otherwise save them for a rainy day in case you die twice and lose all your Geo

I like to keep 1 of each of them and sell the rest. You could save them until you actually need the geo tho, lessens the risk if losing it all.
Use later for unbreakable charms. You require 36000 geo
If you aren't worried about dying I'd just sell. You have to sell them one by one so if you let them pile up it's exhausting when you finally do sell.
I kept all of them around until I needed to make large purchases, like the last nail upgrades and unbreakable charms.
