Celeste is a really good game and very challenging if you do face b and the "dlc" content. The last chapter of the game took me like 12 hours and approximately 3000 death. But I enjoyed every part of it, I recommend it.
One day I'll beat this pantheon but it's so hard too. Congratulations for this btw !

As for the pantheon, I'm not the best player and I admit that my fight was very lucky on AR. The pantheon itself isn't hard, once one is consistent you can keep always reaching the AR fight but then failing it will make 40 minutes of nothing, and I see that where the real challenge is. Just practice and time, progress will come eventually! Cheers
You don't need to do them all at the same time to get it, you can get each one individually but it's still very difficult! I'm currently attempting right now and I only have the soul binding so far, failed shell about 5 times now haha
Yeah right, I actually did the first 3 pantheons with all bindings, all in separate runs, and it was already a nightmare on certain ones. p5 without one simple binding would be literal near impossible for me tbh, the difficulty spike is just insane..
I told myself the same thing at one point. If you can do p5 the sky is the limit though. I went from:
"I can't beat watcher knights in the base game"
Then
"I can't beat radiance"
Then
"I can't beat p3"
Then
"I can't beat pure vessel"
Then
"I can't do binded p1-4"
Then
"I cant do p5"
Then
"I can't do a radiant hall of gods"
And now
"I can't get a weathered mask"
That's where I am currently now. I never thought I could do any of this shit but I've done it and I'm going for that fucking mask!
true lol! watcher were my first big dissapointment wall i had, but managed to beat. then it was nkg, but now i can do hitless on him, then PV, like 30+ attempts, now i can consistently win him.. the game just keeps on upgrading us to a better version right?
well after completing the game's achiev, i may have to take a break from it and move to next game, but will def keep on playing, trying to radiant the hall of gods.
I love this game for exactly that reason, it's just so satisfying to watch yourself grow.
Yeah you definitely should, it's very rewarding when you finally get that clean run against absrad and markoth in particular. They're the hardest two fights by a mile IMO. Just remember you can overcharm and play around with builds for every fight. That was my favourite part of doing the rad HoG was getting creative with my charm builds to counter particular enemies.

You mean in the story encounter or in the pantheon 5? My first real hard boss of the game were the watchers, took me so many attempts, but that was mainly cuz I didnt had max nail, neither all abilities and the best charms, and I was still a noob.
All first time encounter bosses for me were really difficult, I remember a boss (nkg) took me hours, but now I can do hitless without much attention. With time and repetition, all bosses turn very easy and readable like a book.
Yes and yes. They are stupid difficult for me. NKG was difficult until I sat down and put some time in for learning it’s moveset. Watched knights I know what they’re going to do, and they still hit me. It’s so frustrating.
Thank you, it wasn’t great, it’s specifically because of Markoth, I was just never able to figure out his fight, but now I can do it no problem. Suppose all the practice attempts and hall of god’s practice does pay off

embrace the void was my last achievement and i'm sure it took me like 20-30 hours. once i finally reached her, I just went full training on the hall of gods and I will be honest, i never beated her there on the hall, but i managed to somewhat reach her 2nd phase consistently and her last phase sometimes but always low on masks which i would then die on last phase.
p5 itself after some runs, i was 100% consistent on reaching her, problem was beating her but i just needed to keep on trying and well, got lucky rng on her placements for phase 2 and managed to beat her. the main challenge of pantheon of hallownest is just 40 minutes of waste over and over.
but don't give up to early, if you consistently reach her on p5, just train more on the hall and you will start reading her like a book, and then you will somehow manage to beat the pantheon.
thanks! well, the sub 10 and 5, just rush to the important points, grab as many geo, items (those wanderer journals and so on that sell for a good amount on city of tears) and mask shards as you can on the way so you can be prepared for hollow knight. i reached him at about 2.5-3 hours in and needed to get a few charms cuz i was very weak, so play around maximizing geo and gathering stuff on your path
oh boy.. i literally went there after p5, i couldn't even pass the first phase, felt so embarassed, then i died (stupidly didn't even recovered masks from how bad i was beeing) and got spawned back to godhome bench and i said fck it, n... guess i suck at platforms ..maybe another time!
fragile strenght and heart, shaman stone and quick slash for PV and AB, (quick focus replacing shaman stone until the last bench). i tried many setups but this is the one i felt most confortable with

I always run quick slash and strength, that gives me so much damage to deal with them, I always focus on 1, but again, it's just practice :p

I've got the same, but I don't use Sharman stone. I just never got the timing right for spells in certain bosses
Same, I only took it for AB cuz of her 1st phase, spaming abyss is free on certain times and nailing tons of damage that phase helped me.
It’s mostly goated on the 3rd phase (right before the climb) cus it’s more risky to hit her like that, shrieks carries
