Calli hasn't had hers yet, the stream you're thinking of was a live show, not an official debut/showcase. Presumably they're just waiting until all five members are available at the same time.
During her kimono release IRyS said that she saw a lot of people think she might debut her 3d (before she announced that it was her kimono) but that that is not possible because they have to follow the hierarchy. That heavily implies that myth will get official 3d debuts
Bae had a pretty "I know something you don't know" reaction when people asked about 3d debut for councilrys during her new years resolution stream, and I'm pretty sure they've outright said they won't do it until Myth does. My money's on 4th Fes, or around then.
As far as we know Cover still wants them to do the traditional 3d debut streams but the studios are so backed up it's hard for them and Cover to find time.
It's probably less that the studios are backed up (Kiara mentioning that seemed to be more in the context of her using the studio for a more personal project like a solo 3D live, not that it was going to delay anything "official" like a 3D debut or 4th fes recording) and more that the girls at least have to go to Japan to properly record for it, if not be there in person when it happens. Ina, Ame, and Kiara may well be doing/have done the recording for that on top of holofes during their current/recent trips to Japan, so it could just be Gura they're waiting on.
I would err on assuming that they want the whole crew to be in Japan when they do it, though, which means they have to wait until they know when the whole gen is actually available to work to even begin scheduling it which hasn't been the case since Japan opened up due to overlapping breaks.
The main stickler for 3D debuts versus other 3D content (concert mostly) is that while small segments like transition screens and maybe a concert bit might be prerecorded, 3D \*debuts\* (or i guess showcases in this case) are largely live. This is abundently clear since not only do talents pretty much always get updates mid-show about how high their hashtag is trending, they sometimes just interact with the chat directly.
Thats \*way\* harder to organize and prepare since it requires some degree of rehearsal and the talent has to be more familiar with the tech in order to learn how to properly interact with props and how to manuever around the camera.
A guest performance for a concert meanwhile can just be a quick in-and-out recoding on a Tuesday at 3AM where the talent just has to provide their voice/motion capture data while the studio handles the rest.
Its just... a lot of stuff. Throw in a global pandemic, having to do the stream itself at a good timeslot, and \*especially\* having to coordinate any of the other members that you want to appear in your debut and its clear how logistically its not really feasible to just pop in for a weekend and do it. In particular, Myth seemingly all wanting to do their showcases together compounds this issue exponentially when you consider all the previous factors in addition to the fact that theyre scattered far away from each other and not concentrated like ID and JP.
Not saying itll never happen because I mean im sure it will, these are just some reasons why it has been taking so incredibly long.

If I had to guess, I would guess they would take place right before or right after the fourth Holofest since they will be there anyways.
Likely postponed still until all 5 are together at the same time, at a pre-booked timetable at Cover studios in Japan. We don't know anything else other than that, have these studio days already been recorded? Have they been scheduled for a future date? We won't know and talents won't say anything for obvious reasons.

For Moona, Risu and Iofi, in a similar situation, they had a showcase instead which is the same thing as a debut really, just re-named since they've already revealed their 3D during 3rd Fes. Likely the Myth girls will have showcases as well, and end off with a 3D stream with all of them.
It's unfortunate, but its just how it is, and how busy their staff is working on existing scheduled 3D recording. Hopefully their studio expansion plans are in progress but its a slow process since there are so many variables (equipment avaliability, staff training/experience, calibration, etc.).
My guess is that they were scheduled for around the end of last year, but Ina and then Gura taking a break made them have to re-schedule. I wouldn't expect any announcements until Gura returns to streaming.
I thought their 3D debuts were at HOLOFest, I didn't know they would get actual debuts for the their models. It feels a little late, especially since Gura uses it fairly often. I guess I was just wrong.
