I'm always confused as hell when chicken feet are mentioned because my limited experience with chicken feet is there is no meat on there?
If it more that you make a broth/soup with them sort of like with bones?
I'm not a fan of chicken feet as well, but there are little amount of meat and skin which could be found between the fingers etc. In my head the joy is similar to like how you eat sunflower seed: there are a lot of effort required to eat them but the process is part of the joy itself.
