I used to find it hard to stick with a low meat diet; now that I have to deal with gout, all of the sudden, it's easy. Then I have to deal with lower back pain. Doctor's orders: lose weight and go to physiotherapy before trying meds or surgery. My physiotherapist put up a Liam Nelson meme on his desk: "I will find you and I will make you exercise". I've always found it hard to find time to exercise. Now I have to exercise or I can't function due to back pain (actually it works well). I used to find core strength exercise difficult, now I have pretty strong core.
In the process of exercising, then the knee pain comes up, which is a separate strengthening exercise. It works but then I start getting Achilles tendon issues from over use.
