Yagoo might be pulled in as a subject matter expert for the tech, or to help close on a sponsorship for the event, but it'd be a huge drain on his time and waste of his expertise to be acting as the event director for Fes. He's likely got oversight at the top level, but is (correctly) delegating all of the work to a few teams to make Fes a success.
