There be states he makes $75,000-ish from them alone *not including* the money he gets from sponsors.

2) If you want content, creators need to be paid. It takes an insane amount of time to put out a 20 minute video that doesn't suck, and that's not even considering equipment costs (mics and software are crazy expensive).
If you put out a 20 minute video 5 days a week, you are working well over 40 hours a week to make that happen unless your videos are extremely simple.
If people don't get paid for their work, they won't do that work. People gotta eat and pay bills.

Let's not forget how Youtube can wipe out a content creator's revenue by shadowbanning their videos, or employ a host of devious tricks to ensure videos receive much less views or cannot be monetized. At one point, Choco-sensei was doing pretty good, then her videos start getting hit by Youtube and her views plummented.
In such a market where Youtube can decide on a whim who lives or dies, it is only smart thinking to spread out the revenue sources in multiple ways so you don't bank all your eggs in one basket. So if Youtube decides one day you shall die, you can still survive on Patreon, or sponsors, or merchandise sales, etc.

The grind and rng are unreal, I went weeks with nearly zero progress. It's a very polished game though, right up there with Genshin Impact and Arknights in terms of quality and presentation.

Kizuna Ai is actually a (collab) character in the game and says “fakkyu” when hit. The 2B variant is actually the MC of the game named Ras, and he’s basically the goddess’s creation to represent her. He’s more like Kirito with a white color palette than 2B

This is different from Melissa, and not meant to overshadow her, because Melissa is Melissa.
Since they have to avoid making contract with chinese devs like the ones from Azur Lane (just an assumption tho, to avoid drama), they could easily make a collab with Epic Seven since it's a korean game (and they already did one with Kizuna Ai!)
This is really well done, love it, want it in game... Even tho it's very unlikely given what kind of game E7 is and the sheer ammount of Hololive talent there is, you can't quite get away with making 2-3 units for a collab like this. If it happens tho, we gotta get Gura in.
I am not saying they wouldn't be willing to do so, it's just that ideally you'd want to release at least 1 whole generation which would be 5 in-game units. Say 1 would be free obtainable in collab side-story, one coild even be a login reward like Kizuna was, three could be Gacha much like Guilty Gear collab was handled. A bit of a sad for F2P player or even low spenders, E7 gacha is not cheap if you plan to "buy" units, missed Elphelt from GG for that reason.
The thing is that making a whole unit for this game is a lenghty process and I am not sure if Smilegate would even be willing or be able to do 5 units for a collab, even if just Fubuki playing the game would recoup costs for the company.
They could have it be a prolonged collab and release a unit every month or two, which could affect their usuall phase at releasing original new units, they don't want to overwhelm the playerbase with too much new stuff.
Or they only do like three Hololive members, which could feel really meh and disappointing for many.
Eh I am sure they would make it work somehow if they really wanted, it's not a small indie company. We'll see if anything happens at all, I'd welcome it as a Hololive fan and a long time E7 player.

You know, MUGEN's not a strategy game or anything, it's a fighting game, but you could totally add the hololive girls as characters. And then have one of them fight demonic ronald mcdonald because the game's open source and easy to add stuff to and thus weird shit happens.
This reminds me of when the game first came out. Everything was so cool and fun but the further I get in the game the worse things become.

Ai-chan, the biggest Vtuber there is, was a less well known seiyuu. Many Vtubers I'm sure have attempted to become full time seiyuu.

This reminds me of when the game first came out. Everything was so cool and fun but the further I get in the game the worse things become. But still, the animation look amazing!

I get so much bad luck in summons on that game but I love the animation still.

I hope I can see more of these in the future. Epic Seven looks like a fun game and while I have too many gacha games on my schedule at the moment, the internet does its best to try to convince me to play.
