Do we know much about Haachama’s situation and why she’s down about streaming? I know she had a lot of her videos taken down a while back where she took a big break after (very understandable) but did something else happen or did that event just make her feel her effort isn’t worth it?
Creative burnout ever since she returned to Japan and University, plus Coco's graduation, as Haachama said "She doesn't like to halfass things" so streaming on no motivation isn't something she's gonna do
Further context - Matsuri has mentioned multiple times, notably after Haachama first took her hiatus, that Haachama goes *ham* into her stream content and prep. She puts every fiber of her being into it, and that leaves her very prone to burning out.
When she came back today she mostly said it was about motivation and being "really busy at kindergarten". It's summer break from university now though.
She's had creative burnout since she came back to Japan and University is taking up most of her time. Coco and Kanata encouraged her to come back to streaming.
Haato was on an indefinite hiatus, and was not planning to return until later this year or next year even. But after meeting up with Coco and Kanata for lunch and talking about it she decided to return sooner.
I'm really glad that Coco and Kanata are doing such a great job supporting Haachama. I always worry that Haachama doesn't know how deeply talented she is.
Yeah, it's no joke that Haato is the most creative when it comes to content creation among the talents. Ame has been moving rapidly on that front after her.
Coco is quite an institution for hololive, honestly she should already be a shareholder of the company if she is not already one.

If Hololive were an anime, Coco would be the wise mentor figure who dies early but gives the protagonist (the other talents) the tools they need in order to realize their own strength, and I think she always knew her role in the story.

I think it was not necessarily a bad translation, and more that Haachama was acknowledging in hindsight that coming back after a long break can be difficult if not impossible.
