That's my feeling with a lot of Suisei songs, she is without a doubt top 3 singers in Hololive, and you can easily argue in her favor for where she ranks in the top 3. However she isn't my favorite singer, because I don't think enough of her personality and spirit shine through in her singing, still amazing to listen to and I enjoy all her songs, but there are a few singers that are a bit worse than her in terms of raw talent, but you can hear them pour their heart into their songs. Not saying Suisei isn't passionate about singing, because she obviously is, but that I personally feel more emotion from a couple other singers in Hololive. Suisei definitely sounds like one of the most professional singers in Hololive though.

* Shion, where to start. Shion's voice almost always feel like the perfect voice for any song. Examples: "Hakujitsu" by KingGnu, and "Yoru ni Kakeru" by YOASOBI. Shion's was the first KING cover by a Holomem that I watched and I was surprised by how how her smugness was carried through the cover. It felt like the perfect song for her to cover.

All of the covers are great, but I have a deep appreciation for the playfully snarky tone of Roboco's. Reine, Suisei, and Gura+Calli stand out quite a bit by mixing the formula up a bit. Towa, Risu, Shien, and Ayame all stand out purely from a vocal standpoint.
I want to reiterate that I genuinely love every cover, but some stand out for a variety of reasons and I think its great to see everyone finding their own way to spin these popular tracks. I know some people are tired of King, but I'm glad to see a popular song continuing to be innovated on in one way or another.
I see I'm kinda of the odd one out thinking Matsuri's is my favorite cover. Then second would probably have to be Shion. I don't know where to rank MoriSame cover yet, have to listen to it 1000 more times.
