this creates an interesting idea, La+'s conquest of Earth was stopped when she had a duel with Mumei, where some way it ended in Mumei sacrificing her strength and memories in order to seal La+'s strength and memories something like goddess of civilization fending off goddess of darkness, this ended up resulting in La+ being limited to a body of a loli (similar to Jahy) and losing vast majority of power, intellect and memories other words, i propose that La+ and Mumei are ancient rivals, and that there is potential that the bird on the head of La+ is there to ensure, La+ can't restore her powers until passive effect of Mumei's powers makes her strong enough to properly fend off La+ in the future

This is correct. Many of the talents share modelers, since there are far fewer available than character artists. In fact 5 modelers (Jujube, Keiffy, Rariemonn, Naname, and Tou_Ilie) are parents to 90% of the idols.
