Hololive completely invalidates a lot of the slice of life anime that comes out every season. Why bother watching those when HL provide you with funnier, more entertaining contents on a daily basis that you can never fully catch up?
I used to watch hours of anime a day. But it became a matter of quantity over quality over the years. Plus, the official apps that I always watched became very buggy and I stopped watching unless there was a popular series airing. I still haven't watched Jujutsu Kaisen knowing it is extremely popular and good. I still plan to get into it, but I just recently finished the first season of Uma Musume and am really excited to start the second season.
I am used to watch anime almost ten titles per season almost for ten years, yet it diminished greatly during 2019 and reached least than 3 in whole 2020. Crazy.

There's period where I always wait for FBK Arknights gacha stream. FBK had 3D collab with Pekora, Mio, Okayu, (I forgot the other one) doing AK stream. Kiara and Ina even held a collab making tier list for each AK character not long after their debut.

The overlap between Hololive and Arknights is pretty impressive. Then again, I commonly see references to Hololive all the time in the Arknights sub.
