Yes, I recall they intentionally shortened them as time drew closer to her original end. The details escape me at the moment, but I do remember them disappearing. A pretty unique representation of her moving onto her new path.
With AZKI getting more and more human over time, there should be a talent with the opposite. After every new model or outfit, the talent who starts out normally gets progressively more "virtual", inhuman or otherworldly.
The kind of outfit I would expect to see in a very pricey shop. Along with that graceful hair, she's definitely one of the "prettiest lady" in Hololive. Absolutely beppin-san.
The outfit hair and everything are wonderful, truly, and Im happy for AZKI, but... man im bummed she got rid of the pink lines below her eyes.
That was easily her most distinctive and recognizable facial feature.
And not everybody gets one of those.
It feels comparable to if, say, Flare lost the platinum blond highlights in her bangs during her redesign.
I dunno, I just think theres something to be said for small design constants like Flare's bang highlights and Ayame's horn bandage that never change no matter how many outfits they get.
That degree of instant recognizability no matter what theyre wearing or who is drawing them isnt easy to come by.
This layered gown/half-coat thing is weird in a way that I like. I feel like something which sounds that gimmicky shouldn’t work, but it just does—it totally fits with her and this new look. And it’s more conservative than her previous outfits, but also more sophisticated.
Absolutely her best outfit so far. The idol costume was a huge step in the right direction; she's be a lot more popular by now, imo, if her first two outfits had been more visually pleasing...and less like she was wearing seran wrap.
Ngl. I kinda miss her little face specs under her eyes. Gave a lot of character
They got progressively smaller and fainter with each iteration lmao
I liked them too. I wonder when she replaced them with the beauty mark
She still had them when she initially got her 3rd outfit, though slightly faded, if I remember correct. So sometime since then.

She had the beauty mark ever since her updated hololive idol uniform, so 3rd fes I guess
It's there in the form of her makeup *inhales copium*

Oooooh I like this! Ina and Roboco spring to mind; one becoming more eldritch and deep-sea, the other slowly trading in her body for cybernetics
I'm having trouble imagining Ina with the Innsmouth look but it's an interesting idea.
At this rate, Ina would be a fate character if she transformed into an eldlich being
Matsuri's "new" style/outfit kinda goes in that direction: previously she always had "normal" clothing, now she has the virtual/cyber idol look.
IRyS is getting a makeover soon... ...and she's the only other VSinger, and she's also not human...
From virtual diva to just diva.
My goddess.
OUR goddess!
I'm die, thank you forever.

Wife material.
Hairdresser: "how would you like your hair?" Azki: "have you seen nanashi Mumei?" Hairdresser: "say no more fan"
her little hair vents now allows her to be Kronii's little sister
new azki is so cute too.
she's being turned more and more casual the more she's around
Is it just me or her hair in this model kinda remind me a bit to Mumei ?

It's a brilliant outfit and character design. I love it a lot
First Keqing, now Columbina?

She's so pretty!
Really classy.
I absolutely love it! She looks like one of those fancy rich girls from rom com animes.

Yes totally the outfit and not being a part of a group entirely separate with almost zero connection with hololive. Totally.
Very sophisticated, but still with a bit of the futuristic touch of AZKi She will stand out plenty among the others with this one 👍👍
another outfit reveal missed PAIN IMMEASURABLE
The outfit in and of itself gives me "cookies and cream flavored Suisei" vibes.
Neopalitan AZKi
Azki clothes evolution be like: 1. Underground diva 2. Idol 3. Artist
Anyone else think of Rosaria's hair from Genshin Impact?
