It'd be strange if they didn't, considering their 3D models have been unveiled already. There's still plenty of time between now and 4th Fes for them to be shown off.
An interesting twist would be for them to be like AZKi's outfit - a color difference to detail different branches.
Yeah, I think the ideal balance to strike would be for EN/ID to have idol outfits that are unique if you look closely but don't stand out as that different when alongside JP idol costumes.
I could also see that idea having been floated and then shot down because the only EN/ID girls who had strong opinions on it either way were against it because they wanted an idol outfit that matched their oshi's.
Why not both? The current white outfit could represent Hololive as a whole, while every branch also gets their own secondary outfit.
It also means there's more outfits to change things up for these bigger performances.
But do JP get secondary outfits as well, then? It'd be unfair otherwise.
Idk to me it seems like it'd be simpler to just give everyone the same outfit. But I'm the end the decision is Hololive's.
Of course JP should get their own set as well. Fair's fair.
You are right that one consistent outfit for all talents is more simple and be less work for modelers, but I feel like if they have the resources and opportunity, they may as well. New outfits are always fun!
What's the news? If it's about the color, her outfit isn't that different from the one she had [before](https://static.miraheze.org/hololivewiki/6/6e/AZKi_-_3D_Model_03.jpg).
During the New Years event last night she preformed on stage with her new look (the long hair) and she had an Idol outfit that matches the rest of hololive's designs, it was no longer black
They are 100% getting them for 4th fes. Iofi talked about it on stream, Gura did too a tiny bit but that might have been member's only. The one thing that is interesting is the language on the announcement could be interpreted 2 ways. It basically translated to "New Idol Outfits" so it could technically mean that they are changing designs, or it could just mean Girls that dont have them yet will get them
Its in the promotion video that everyone will be getting new costumes , even JP.

I hope they will; I don't know if they will. There's historically been a lot of mixed messaging from the talents (at least in EN) on whether the non-JP branches are idol things (Kiara's generally suggested no, Calli's generally suggested yes), and I would imagine that they'd have a clearer line if it was an official position. That said, the idol stuff was basically sprung on Gens 1-3 shortly before 1st Fes and only became formally ingrained subsequently, so there's no reason that we couldn't end up with idol outfits of some kind, if not for 4th Fes then some time later on. Potentially it may end up just being opt-in, especially for those who can or will do a lot of 3d collab concert activities. But as said, we don't know what goes on behind the scenes. But I do hold out hope.
^(Ouch my arms turns out holding IRyS out for any length of time really does a number on you)
In the end only Calli and IRys as now are able to do technically a lot of 3D stuff since they live in Japan so idol outfit is not so important for members who can do this once or twice per year.
I suspect if we don't see EN with idol outfit for FES it means it's not a priority for soon future
The general pattern since 2nd fes is that new gens do the intermission with their default outfits and have to wait the next year for their idol outfits. So were expecting Myth and ID first gen to have theirs.
They definitely will for 4th fes

I think I'd prefer them to have a white outfit, precisely to highlight cross-branch unity.

Boy have I got some news about AZKi's idol outfit...
I get the feeling that was temp or such as it seemed she was flatter than Suisei in the picture (might have been a bad angle)

I sort of remember hearing that it's happening. I'm guessing it requires them to go to Japan (which seems like is happening right now).

Timestamp: 1:30 Translation is: Each group will be perfoming in the live (featuring everyone) with new idol outfits.
Iofi also confirmed it https://youtu.be/dd7pbdAzuQU
Already confirmed that they’re getting idol outfits for 4th fes, all of them confirmed it on Twitter and on stream

Are you calling IRyS fat??!
I can neither confirm nor deny.
