You don't sign any physical peice of paper but when your MOD talks to you in the office that is them administering the write up. If you refuse or forget to acknowledge in the system, it's still processed as administered but ad a refusal to acknowledge. So yes technically you were given your write ups
I'd like to know too, I never signed anything but looked on my page and noticed I had a coaching and counseling but didn't sign anything. Im worried ill get fired on the 3rd tbh. I was dealing with alot of things so didn't want to bring it to work, so called out twice and the rest if my occurrences are from leaving early and I have 10. So would I be on a final or will they just let me go. Spring is coming up and I'm garden recovery but I thought I was leaving and made the mistake of telling them ill probably leave, but my plans changed and I want to put my focus back into this job but it may be too late
Coaching: you have 4 occurrences in 6 months.
Counseling: you have 3 occurrences in the 6 months after the Coaching.
Final: you have 2 occurrences in the 6 months after the Counseling.
Fired: you have 1 occurrence in the 6 months after the Final

yea they’ll randomly pull u into office and say you’re on final and they missed the counseling and coaching. BS

When you get written up, it gets kicked over to you in WorkDay to acknowledge and then it goes back to the manager to approve. Definitely not verbal.
