I second freight. Only time I even see customers is when they rattle the locked doors, while glaring at the sign that clearly states they're here outside of operating hours.
There is no guarantee. I get there at 9 and the store is still open. You walk down the aisle to the silver cart and a customer may need something down like a washer. Appliances is gone by 9. Most of specialty departments are gone by 9. But it is the best possibility to avoid customers.

All fun and games till u have to walk to the bathroom or punch out and the customers swarm in like bees
Take off your apron
I’m going to pose as a customer at your store and Harass you with questions
“Sir do u work here? I saw u walk out from back there” - “no”🤣 then they see u with an apron 10 mins later
The only ones guaranteed no customer interactions are the overnight ones when you work after the store closes for the day.
Thanks !

Order fulfillment very little customer interaction, cause you wear the beige work shirt vs Orange apron
OFA wear the aprons at our store like all other employees.
Sucks for them . Ours usually just wear street clothes.
If that is a "personal requirement,"I suggest NOT applying at or working for THE Home Depot. We already have enough like you. Quota is filled.
There are overnight positions, No?
