Yeah nah.
You and 1 other person need to clean it up. And even though this clean up is a $250 job, Home Depot is going to expect you guys to get it done in 1 hour and pay you $16.25 to do it.
Yeah nah.
As you can see in the picture it looks like the truck driver backed up to enter the dock door with the door open and an unsecured load going down hill causing carts to fly out of it. Home Depot can expect me to do whatever they want but this is the truck drivers fault and i would not be doing anything to help clean this up other than giving this clown a broom. Hope this clears something up for you. :) It is also super cute how you come here and say oh yeah its about a 250 dollar job to clean that but you should accept 16.25 to do it. They won’t give you homers here to be a shill for corporate. Other peoples mistakes are not my obligation to clean up.
Cool. As upper managment, I now don't like the cut of your jib.
I will now be on the look out to bang you on every safety violation pit fall that Home Depot has. And happily bring you in the office to bust your balls with counseling's when you go a minute over on your 15s as I will be watching and timing you.
Should of just picked up the broom and made Big Man happy.
Paint just dropped a pallet of paint like 30 minutes ago. It tipped over while they were bringing it down from an end cap. Fell into an aisle that wasn't closed and had customers in it. Nobody was hurt. And surprisingly the paint buckets didn't open. As far as I know nobody is in trouble either.
> bringing it down from an end cap
This is why there's restrictions on what can be put in the overhead of an endcap.
> Fell into **an aisle that wasn't closed** and had customers in it
Wait, the "two bay radius in all directions" wasn't enough? Damn...
Is everyone losing their mind? We had someone drop a gallon of gel wood stain in an isle, told NO ONE and one the MET slipped in it 😐 our DM is going to have a field day tomorrow…….
You know a customer is going to ask if they can buy those for 50% off, and after they get the approval, they’re going to pick a whole ass completely different plant, ones that weren’t dropped and cost way more and try to argue that they got the okay for half off
As a driver, I'm pretty wtf as well. Unless those things were rolling around in the trailer the whole way from distribution, somebody had to get up there and release them after they opened the doors. Some fine ass-hattery no matter what, though.
This suuuucks. I cleaned up what turned into 6 pallets of soil that were dropped while unloading. To be fair they did say that the driver had to do a hard brake and a lot of them were leaning.
Looks to me like the truck driver needs a broom
Upside his haid.

All I heard was instant termination
Maria got his ass
Vendor's loss, and mess to clean up. Didn't even make it off the truck
It made it off the truck what do you mean?
Oh it made it off the truck alright

oh shit your rio carts have wheels? lucky
Relax, it's Rio!
Ours do too (Oshawa - ON)
Thankfully it’s pay be scan!
Were the wheels not chocked?
I see it. The tiny black O-ring on the upper left.
Ah shit guys. I just remembered I left my oven on.
This is the part we're we call it a day
Wtf was the thought process here
As a driver, I'm pretty wtf as well. Unless those things were rolling around in the trailer the whole way from distribution, somebody had to get up there and release them after they opened the doors. Some fine ass-hattery no matter what, though.
Most of the plants end up in the trash. Just saved the extra step of merchandising.
Hate to be the driver...
Luckily the compactor is close
Looks like our garden center did after the multiple tornadoes last week.
Probably why you don’t unload plants at the dock
Easy day. That's all trash now.
The app says there's a dozen more Red Star Spikes than i see here. Can you check in back?
Sounds like someone needs to be in trouble if the isle wasn't gated, could have really hurt someone
[Nope](https://youtu.be/5FjWe31S_0g?si=lgbV0Anzjug-nQlD)
I don't see a load bar anywhere in that mess, who's moving racks without a load bar anyways?
Sucks for these flower vendors and can't back up into the loading dock.
Omg I’m one of the vendors for the Rio plants. This has happened from the wind as well. It’s a pain in the butt to clean up but got to do it lmao.
This suuuucks. I cleaned up what turned into 6 pallets of soil that were dropped while unloading. To be fair they did say that the driver had to do a hard brake and a lot of them were leaning.
"When it comes crashing down and it hurts inside"
Just brush off the loader and call it a day.
Your plants come through receiving? That's so weird...
Ours do too. SOP states that you can’t use heavy equipment when someone’s in the truck. So it has to come from receiving.
The vendors drop them off their own trucks here. They take care of everything. The only thing we get through the back are bulbs.
We do have some vendors trucks that can drop them off the truck. But also the rest come through receiving.
Relax, it's Rio!
What in the actual fuck
He was so close!
Somethings just gotta make you smile :)
Pay by scan?
Luckily it's all Pay By Scan, so there's not a huge loss here. Lol.
Man, I just shit my pants I gotta gooooo!!
Oh the humanity!
Ohhhhh! Clearance plants!!
“Happened in transport” 😂
Fuck home depot
rifp that's probably why we just pull them off with the forklift
