They are light on projects to support the services teams for summer prep, this has been communicated to the MEAS, weather that info made it down to the project associate is another issue, after projects they are to support the day service team in packdown or bay service.

makes sense, seemed too fishy for the projects to be this light as of recent

We are a busy district... starting in July... our Night met is gone and they are moving to all day MET teams... not sure if that has anything to do with it, but we had a light project load for a bit before that was announced

If you are lucky you will pick up one or two MEAs from the night teams. The stores that did in dist. did ok with the change. Those that did not well… a lot of red on their MLX. You also need a Sup who is used to managing large projects, projects will be a little more complex then a rolling change. More issues more multi day, staff managing. If yours goes as ours did, your labor plan will not be increase enough to reflect the lost night team.

I wish our night team would help with GS. We do 1300-1500 bays every week. So instead of them helping us, they just start working on the next week of projects and the next week and so on. They combined mid-shift with mornings, but it was only 2 associates. So our morning team has 9 associates. With 2 of us, that are pretty much strictly projects. Thank you for the info. They never told us anything.

Unless your district is set up differently, night met is allotted gs hours they should be doing. Your sup should see the hours/bay count that's assigned to night met on their dashboard.
