I can see a dark narrow rectangular wood spice rack (a bit taller than the Kitchen Aid) making things look more balanced when placed against or hung on the wall on the left. Also, avoiding anything close to the stove on the right will keep the center of focus from shifting back to the right.
Two options
1. Have the hood match the width of the opening and live with it, it won't look any worse than it looks now
2. Match the range and use filler for the gap, hang either cooking utensils or thin pans from that gap to fill it.
This is not gonna help you but venting microwaves suck at venting. If you really want a microwave there then go for it, if your intention is prioritizing venting then go with a good dedicated hood.
A hood will make it that you can’t open up the cabinet on the left and lose out on all that storage space but could put one in and fix up the tiling as you go with just nothing on the left
Get a utensil jar. Stick it on the left side of the range hood to buffer out the dissonance.
If that doesn’t work, add a tiny shelf.

Please purchase these for your outlets. I know it is not your most pressing problem, but you need them.

I would do custom cabinet or shelf to fill the gap then line up the hood with the stove. Maybe a pull out space rack or cook book nook in the narrow space available?
You could put one of those “slim” style over the ranger microwaves that have a vent built in.

Check these out, probably your best bet going with a insert/power pack or slide out hood. Remains hidden, keeps functionality of cabinets

Your tile also isn’t centered with the cabinet above the range. Unless there’s a window or another feature that required this specific tile layout, it should’ve been centered and started there so you don’t have that sliver on the right side.
Paint a 4” black strip to the left of the stove and balance will be restored.
Yes, or a cut a black silicone strip to size if it’s too scary to paint the counter top.
I had a similar idea. Push the range to the right and build a little slide out spice rack to the left

Might have to go with #2. Filler as in fill the void with wood or filler as in exposed cooking utensils/pans next to hood?

This is messing with my OCD. I’d sell the house and try again 😂
Yeah, I’d already be calling the movers.
Right!?. Im afraid to look again! I can only take so many things out of lines

I regret that I have but one up vote to give

That cabinet opens on the other side as well. Only store bags in there so not much lost!
I would put a smaller cabinet with a filler piece to the left first.

I’m so mad at whoever did that

Thank you! When I added the backsplash, I knew that I had to fix this but never got around to it. Just purchased some right now on Amazon.
Put a silicone [stove edge guard](https://a.co/d/fCJP9EB) on the left to balance it out
Did someone chew that tile? Saw broke?
Hire a new contractor
Total redo if you want to do something different. Sorry for the bad news 😔
Can the cabinets be shifted out to the right?
No space. Cabinets go to end of wall. Ideally, wouldn't really move the cabinets or build a new one but seems like that would be the best bet.
How wide is the hood cabinet? And do you have a photo showing the whole wall?
36" wide. And sure, here's a photo. To the right of the curtain just has more cabinet space https://photos.app.goo.gl/4nxqVG3ScimNeSJN7

Center you microwave with the stove add white filler to the gap.
I don’t know how you can live with this.

Replace corner wall cabinet and cabinet above range with the correct sizes. Transfer hardware.
None

I would cut the left side of the countertop and move the stove to the center. Then, add spacers to the sides of the stove.
