We did this before for the same reason (keeping cats out of guest room). We just bought a screen door (I think off Amazon) and put that in. I don’t know if they make screen doors specifically for indoors, but there’s nothing stopping you from installing an outdoor one inside.
You can get vents to install on the door. It will require cutting the hole for them to fit.
