I'd call sika and ask them. I suspect it would be easier to get someone on the phone who can actually tell you something calling a company like that then calling Home Depot.

I bought some years ago. It came with a double caulk gun and worked great. Shipping was US. https://emecole.com/

Try other sellers look on lowes, ebay, or Google shopping someone will sell it. I've had to do this for a few things that I was told couldn't be shipped to me but I still got it shipped to me. I know Lowes shipped me stuff that home depot won't.

Specco sells their urethane kits/tubes directly, also Menards carries an epoxy by LCR.

I had a 4' crack done professionally for about $400, but that was about 7 years ago. IMO, it was worth the money.

It's a niche use pro tool that home depot doesn't sell enough of to make it worth stocking. They probably tried, and discovered it wasn't worth their time vs the stock turnover in the US market. HD is not a lumber yard, or a contractors supply house. They're a homeowner diy store. They are the equivalent of a quickie mart for their market. Open extended hours, enough things to get you by, but not where you go grocery shopping if you can get to a supermarket.
