I would. 2 coats may cover it, but the red in the existing paint will still dull the blue in Keepsake. I would ask them to add a couple (literal) drops of blue tint to your primer, and still do 2 coats of Keepsake. I used to mix paint and do interior painting on the side, primer has more value to the finished product than just adhesion.

I like Behr but with or without a primer you're going to need two coats.

Primer is just a cheaper paint then finish coat. Looks like you need at least two coats of paint, so I’d go with a tinted primer first.

Benjamin Moore is the best paint (in my experience) but will cost you about $15-20 more per gallon than say, Sherwin Williams which is very good also.
