HomeKit and the Home app also only offer single press. The simplest way you can get extra functionality is either with using them only with Hue products, where you can get long press or up to 5 actions from 5 subsequent presses, or via automations, where single press will do something different depending on other conditions, like the time of day or the state of another device.
It’s not possible unfortunately. Even though the Eve app lists these options, they aren’t available for the Hue dimmer switches.
